Love Letters


I was concerned about the price wondering if the value was going to be worth the cost. I did not even look back. The lack of stress that I felt as a bride and that my bridal party and family stress had, made it worth every penny. This team is so professional, but make the experience fun as well. They created the timeline for all events starting with even the rehearsal and kept everything on track without rushing anything. They handled any situation that occurred without me as a bride even having to know, for example they had to run to Walmart and grab a ton of umbrellas because it was pouring all day

From the moment I spoke with Kadzo, I knew she was a good fit for me. Planning a destination wedding in my husbands home state of MD from IN, I didn’t even know where to start.

Kadzo understood my vision from the beginning and gave me honest opinions. She found our lovely venue, photographer, Florist, and DJ. I booked many of these vendors sight unseen, and had no regrets. Her assistant Rachel, did a beautiful job with our invitations, programs and seating assignments.

Overall, it was the best night of our lives. Weeks later, people are still taking about how much fun they had. I truly could not have done it without Fairy Godmother!

The name says it all. Kadzo and Niassa are an absolute dream team and the way they saved my event was nothing short of an act of magic.

If there are such things as guardian angels, I would not be surprised if Kadzo was secretly one of them. No matter how great the ask, she took care of it, sometimes before I could even ask it!

I have never met someone so professional and polite that still could get things done from anyone she spoke to! I think I cried more reflecting on how perfect she made the wedding than I did during my own vows.

Without her my DIY wedding would have ended up on one of those wedding disaster/fail shows on TLC no doubt.

We only got the day of coordination package and are absolutely kicking ourselves we didn’t invest in the full coordination. DO NOT BE LIKE US. Put your wedding in her hands from jump and watch her work her magic. You will not be disappointed!

Initially we were not sure that we needed a day-of coordinator, as we had planned the entire wedding ourselves remotely with the help of our moms and knew most details inside and out. But as soon as we spoke with Kadzo over the phone, we knew we were dealing with a professional who is VERY good at her job. Kadzo said from the outset that her job would be to execute the vision we had carefully planned and to allow us and our loved ones to enjoy the day. And that is exactly what she and her team delivered.

We had two ceremonies and two receptions, basically two weddings, planned in one day, and when we asked Kadzo admitted that this was one of the longest timelines she had worked on. Kadzo has a calm, thoughtful, and reassuring demeanor and has an established workflow with a coordinator dedicated to the wedding party and one dedicated to vendors on the day. She kindly partook in our venue walkthrough with our caterer and moms when we could not travel back for the meeting. She met with us several times over the phone and asked questions about aspects of the wedding we hadn’t considered, and helped us tweak our timeline into a smoother and more logical flow. Seeing our complex decor timeline with multiple details handled by family and friends, Kadzo offered the option of adding a third coordinator dedicated solely to decor. We took her up on the offer and never looked back. Kadzo stepped in and helped us reach our caterer when we were having trouble with communications. And when it came time for our rehearsal, she helped run the show and keep us organized.

On our wedding day, Kadzo and her team allowed us as the couple and our moms to relax and enjoy the day, without having to stress over little details. My mom, who otherwise would have had to shoulder the bulk of that burden, has said multiple times that having Kadzo and her co-coordinators there was the best decision we made and that she felt so at ease on the day with the wedding in their capable hands. Kadzo and her team were in constant communication with each other and with our photographer, caterer, and DJ so that timing went according to (and at parts even ahead of) schedule. Our DJ even commented on how easy Kadzo made his job that day. For my part, my husband and I so thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day, we still have no idea of what difficulties or hiccups Kadzo and her team had to deal with to make things run so smoothly.

So for any couples out there wondering whether or not to take the plunge with day-of coordination, hiring Kadzo and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you want to be worry-free and able to fully enjoy your wedding day, we would absolutely recommend that you work with Fairy Godmother Events!

I hired Kadzo as the day of coordinator for my wedding this past weekend. From my initial conversation with Kadzo I had very good vibes. She made me feel comfortable and gave me advice of what to look for in a day of coordinator, even if I chose not to go with her.
